Here are your announcements and juicy tidbits of information for the week of October 24th.

  • Let’s welcome the new students that have joined us this week! We’re so excited that all of these people have taken this major step in improving their health and lifestyle. As many of us know, reconnecting with your body can be completely life-changing!
  • Today, October 25th, marks the start of the eight and final week of our Fit for Fall Challenge! This week’s theme is “Live Your Yoga”. We will have food bank barrels in the studios, so bring in warm clothes, toiletries, and nonperishable food items to donate to those in need. Everyone is encouraged to share their progress on social media! Post photos and videos on Facebook and Instagram. Use #fitforfall16, #juiceboxyoga, and @juiceboxyoga.  Those who tag us on social media will be eligible for prize winnings during week 6 (membership giveaways and Hydroflasks).
  • Don’t miss our special glow in the dark Halloween class party at the Sierra Rose location this Friday the 28th at 6:30. Make sure to sign up online to reserve your spot. We will be honoring Robb Drive memberships for this class.
  • Did you know that your 20 days for $20 Intro Special is good at both studios for absolutely any of our Bikram, Hot Pilates, Warm & Mellow, or Vinyasa classes? We encourage all of our new students to get experiment with all of our classes and find what works for them! Also, if you decide to go with our autopay once your intro expires, it’s only $105 per month for one studio, and only an extra $35 a month to upgrade to both studios!
  • At Juice Box Yoga, it is very important to us that we live our yoga both on and off the mat. We are always looking for opportunities to give back to our community. If you have a silent auction or other donation or partnership opportunity for us, please contact Tanya at tanyarose@yogajuicebox.com to see what we can do.

Amanda’s Announcements 05/09/16

Good morning, Juice Box Yogis!

Here are your announcements and juicy tidbits of information for the week of May 9th.

Let’s first welcome the 68 new students that have joined us this week! We’re so excited that all of these people have taken this major step in improving their health and lifestyle. As many of us know, reconnecting with your body can be completely life-changing!

If you haven’t already heard, right now we are trying out “pop up” classes that aren’t typically on the schedule to test out which time slots work best and are most popular. Make sure to check for them and keep an eye out for other changes that may come to the schedule in May. They’re a great way to add extra classes for your challenge; and if you’d like us to keep classes at these times on the schedule the best way to let us know is to show up! 😉

There will be a FREE pop up Hot Pilates class at the Sierra Rose location tonight and Wednesday at 8:30 pm. These will both be taught by Tanya!

If you’ve been interested in trying or already love our Vinyasa, keep an eye out for the free Hot Vinyasa classes that we are hosting on Sundays. These classes are taught by our Vinyasa teachers, Cameron, Megan, and Mitch! Mitch is our newest teacher and we are very happy to welcome him to our team!

We’d like to thank everyone who was able to attend our Music Class and Glow in the Dark Hot Pilates fundraising classes! The proceeds from these classes are going towards the Red Wagon Network, a program to help local children in transition. We appreciate all of those who are joining us in giving back to our community.

I’d also like to recognize and congratulate all of the challengers doing the Fit 50 Challenge. The roller skating party and potluck celebrating this challenge and Tanya’s 50th birthday will be the afternoon of May 23rd. RSVP needed for every person attending.

The Droplet on Robb Drive will be closed Memorial Day weekend while we are redoing the floors. If you don’t want to miss out on your yoga and pilates, our Sierra Rose location will still be open to go to!

Our next workshop will be with Lynn Whitlow. She’ll be here all day June 4th and will be teaching an Inferno Hot Pilates at noon on June 5th. Lynn has owned and operated 7 world-renowned yoga studios. She currently is the director of Bikram Yoga Petaluma and is also very close to Bikram and helps run his trainings. More information to come as we get closer!
